Christmas Decorating!

Here are some more pictures from getting our tree. The kids thought this little one was pretty cute!

Carter turning on the lights when it was all decorating.

It was really different having 7 people decorate the tree at the same time. I will admit it may not be the prettiest tree ever, but it was decorated with love. There are some branches with about 6 ornaments on it that seem to be right about the height of Jackson!

We had fun and we ended the night by watching the movie Elf. I hope it was a good first Christmas memory for the new boys.

Christmas Tree!!

We got our Christmas tree last night!! It was fun to do this for the first time as a family of seven. This is Jackson's very first Christmas tree ever!! He was super excited.

For those of you who know our family tradition of the picture by the Christmas tree guy. Well we got it!! And yes, he did remember us and noticed the two new children. We said since we didn't add a new child last year, we thought we'd add two for this year!!!

The kids had a lot of fun decorating the tree. Everyone got new stockings this year so they would all match and a new ornament to hang on the tree!

More pictures will be coming soon!!!

Soccer!!!

Ezra had his very first soccer tournament!!! Actually it's his first official soccer game that he's ever played!! He did awesome! It's so hard to believe that less than 4 months ago Ezra had never played soccer with shoes on (broken sandals or barefoot) or on anything but dirt.

This is a picture of Ezra playing soccer in Ethiopia

It was so much fun cheering him on!! His team lost the first game, but in the afternoon they were on fire. They kept winning and winning. They made it to the championship game, but ended up losing in sudden death after 3 overtimes!! It was awesome!!

Judge Gablier was very kind! Although he was a little confused why we weren't adopting Durant too today!! Ha! Ha!
